The Rago Fabrication Clevis D-Ring Mounted Whip Flag Holder for the 1996-2002 4Runner is designed to securely mount whip flags, including lighted versions, to off-road bumpers using a clevis D-ring mount. This whip flag holder accommodates all flag sizes and installs onto any 1-inch thick clevis D-ring mount with a 1-inch hole. Made from American steel, the holder is sandblasted and finished with a 2-stage hammer black powder coat to ensure durability and protection against the elements.
