Description
Transform your 2014-2021 Toyota Tundra with the C4 Fabrication Hybrid Front Bumper for Tundra (2014-2021), a unique blend of strength and style. This bumper combines a robust plate steel center with sleek round tube sides, offering a lighter appearance while providing the capability to mount a winch, LED light bar, and multiple fog light combinations. Perfect for off-road enthusiasts looking to enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of their vehicle.
Features
Durable Construction: The center portion is crafted from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel, reinforced with 3/8″ thick mounting plates and a 1/4″ winch mounting plate. The tube portions are made from .120 wall 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing, providing durability and strength.
Integrated D-Ring Tabs: The bumper includes 3/4″ thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back, offering reliable recovery points for off-road situations.
Bull Bar Compatibility: The full-height bull bar is compatible with the TSS system in TRD Pro grilles only; it will block the TSS sensor on standard grilles. The mid-height bull bar works with TSS on all models, ensuring functionality across different setups.
Winch Compatibility: Fits most winches in the 8k-12k range, including ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, and Warn Zeon and VR series. Winches with the ability to relocate the electrical control box are recommended for optimal fitment. Some trimming of the grille support brackets may be required for integrated control box winches.
Lighting Options: The bumper is designed to fit 30″ single row light bars, such as the Baja Designs S8, Extreme LED 30″ 5D, and RIGID 30″ SR series. It comes pre-drilled for a pair of LP9 or LP6 lights to mount on top of the bumper in front of the grille. If you have ordered an Extreme X6S 30" Amber/White light bar from C4, mounting brackets are included. These brackets need to be purchased separately if the light bar is ordered elsewhere.
Additional Compatibility: The bumper works seamlessly with TRD Pro skid plates and most aftermarket skids, ensuring comprehensive protection and a cohesive look.
Weight and Installation: The bumper weighs 150 lbs without the bull bar and 165 lbs with the full-height bull bar. It features a direct bolt-on application, requiring no cutting or modifications for installation.
Finish: The bumper ships in bare steel and requires painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rusting, as a powder coat finish is not available from C4 Fabrication.
