Features
Easy Installation: The bumper is 100% bolt-on, requiring no cutting or welding, making installation straightforward and hassle-free.
Winch Compatible: Designed to fit most winches in the 8k-12k range, the bumper includes cutouts for easy access to the winch rope and clutch lever. Recommended winches include Come Up, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series. Winches with the ability to relocate the electrical control box are recommended for the best fitment; integrated control box winches may require some trimming of the grille support brackets.
Robust Construction: The bumper's winch plate and mounting plates are made from 1/4″ thick steel, while the main body is crafted from 3/16″ thick steel. The tubing is 1 3/4″ OD with a 1/8″ wall thickness, ensuring durability and strength.
Integrated D-Ring Tabs: Standard on all bumpers, the 3/4″ thick D-ring tabs are fully welded front and back, providing strong and reliable recovery points.
Weight Options: The bumper is available in three configurations: Without Bull Bar: 125 lbs // With Mid-Height Bull Bar: 130 lbs // With Full Height Bull Bar and side tube gussets: 137 lbs
Lighting Integration: The bumper is designed to fit 30″ single row light bars, specifically for the Baja Designs S8 light bar, but also accommodates Extreme LED 30″ 5D light bar and RIGID 30″ SR series. If you order an Extreme X6S 30" Amber/White light bar from C4, the bumper comes with mounting brackets. These brackets must be purchased separately if the light bar is ordered elsewhere.
Additional Support: The bumper includes additional front bumper frame support brackets, providing extra reinforcement and stability. This is a $177.00 value included with the bumper.
Finish: The bumper ships in bare steel and requires painting or powder coating to prevent rusting, as powder coat finish is not available from C4 Fabrication.
